Biography

North Carolina native Birgundi Baker has the kind of southern charm and ethnic appeal that attracts interesting parts and adoring fans. With a sleek physique, sumptuous lips, and a perfect pair of big brown eyes, it’s no surprise she was drawn to the spotlight. After training under Howard University’s musical theater program, the gorgeous grad packed her bags and moved to Chicago, where she was discovered by a talent agency. Soon after, the ebony ingénue kicked off her professional acting career. Although Birgundi remained clothed, she managed to reveal her range with recurring roles in the musical saga Empire (2016), the medical show Chicago Med (2018), the dark comedy Heathers (2018), and the firefighter drama Station 19 (2019). If that’s not versatile enough, the boob tube babe played Anaya in The CW’s superhero series Black Lightning (2018-2020). Never one to rest on her laurels, the pretty performer also popped up in the R-rated indie flicks Hala (2019) and The Last Shift (2020). Yet, here at Skin Central, we’re partial to Birgundi’s part in the Showtime drama The Chi (2018-2021) since it marks her nude debut!
